I want to co-publish with Tecassia.
We accept submissions from authors who are interested in being published through our Tecassia imprint. We are a hybrid publisher, so we take a more collaborative approach than traditional publishers. We work on a cost and profit sharing model to help talented authors who are struggling to get a traditional publishing book deal. This keeps initial costs low for aspiring authors while still keeping the same high quality you expect from a book publisher.
Submissions are open to any genre. To have your manuscript considered, head over to our Author Submissions page. We’d be delighted to look over your proposal. You don’t need an agent to submit, so don’t delay! We can’t wait to hear from you.
Simply put, it’s another way to see your book published. Hybrid book publishing generally takes a more collaborative approach than traditional publishing. It gives the author much more control over the look and feel of their book and can be a more “hands-on” approach.
Most hybrid publishers work on a profits sharing method rather than an advance payment and small royalties percentage (often 10-15%). The benefit of profits sharing is that it keeps the initial costs low while allowing the author to earn up to 50% of the profits depending on the contract.
As a hybrid publisher, we’re still striving to produce quality books. In order to do this, we have a submissions process to ensure that manuscripts are of high quality. We are not like a vanity press which would accept anything as long as you are paying. And unlike traditional publishers, we accept submissions directly from authors instead of via a literary agent.
We also get books to market much quicker than a traditional publisher. We aim for an average of six months once a manuscript is complete – but it can be much less depending on how much work is needed to prepare it for publication.
Ultimately, we want to help you publish your book.

A story has no beginning or end: arbitrarily one chooses that moment of experience from which to look back or from which to look ahead.
