6. Pricing and Payment

6.1. All prices are stated in Great British Pounds £ and include VAT where applicable.

6.2. Payment is required in full at the time of course enrolment unless otherwise stated.

6.3. We accept payment via Stripe.

6.4. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

6.5. If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend your access to the course until payment is resolved.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

7.2. Refund requests must be submitted to info@tecassia.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

7.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

7.4. Access to the course will be revoked upon processing of a refund.

7.5. Promotional or discounted courses may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7.6. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we believe there has been abuse of our refund policy.
