Pricing and Payment All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and subject to change. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Tecassia Publishing reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Service Delivery As all services are delivered online, there are no shipping or physical delivery options. Estimated completion times for services will be provided upon order confirmation.
Refunds and Cancellations Due to the nature of our online services, refunds are not typically provided. However, Tecassia Publishing may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. Cancellations may be subject to fees.
